4 Success Keys for any Business: Marketing Simplified

Over many years and many failed attempts to dial in the whole client acquisition processā¦ I learned and experienced some really significant breakthroughs.
Last month, the business I started in 2020 cleared 8 figures. But, we never would have grown to that level without these 4 key ingredientsā¦ and more so, without SIMPLIFYING these 4 steps.
To be candid, it wasnāt always this clear to me until the end of last year.
We had some problems with our sales ā¦ and specifically - our marketing. After a big loss of business - due to circumstances outside of our control and a shift in the market - we tried all sorts of things to make up for lost ground through our marketing efforts. Truth be told, it felt franticā¦ which, I am guessing some of you can relate to.
It wasnāt until I took a step back and started looking to other successful business owners that I got some real clarity on the whole marketing thing.
Fortunately, Iām in a really incredible mastermind group of highly motivated and highly successful business owners. I took a look around and asked myself, āwhat do all of these people have in common?ā. What are the common keys to their wild success?
These success keys became clear.
The crazy part is that theres four things that every single one of the highest level people are doing - and they are crazy simple! On the top end, these business owners are doing $50-100 million per year in revenue - without massive teams or complex marketing. Theyāve figured out the 4 keys and they have kept it simple while they scale.
Hereās their (and my) secret success weaponsā¦ They are critical to simplifying your marketing so you can grow and gain the traction you need to create the freedom you desire.
ONE: Their Core Is Clear
They know exactly who their core client is.
This allows them to call them out effectively and connect to them.
Theyāve dialed in what theyāre thinking, feeling, and doing and at every stage of their sales funnel.
This allows them to paint a picture they can relate to!
They understand their problem and can describe it as clearly as day.
This allows them to create a killer solution that will move them from pain to pleasure!
They know all the solutions that are available to them.
This allows them to throw rocks at other solutions that wonāt work as well as the one their biz provides.

TWO: They Have a Rock Solid Core Offer
Their offer is a solution to the biggest problem their core client has.
This allows them to hook the core clients by painting a picture of their life if their problem were solved.
Their offer is clear, concise and RESONATES with their core client. Because they know what their core client is thinking, feeling, and doing - they can speak to it directly.
Every part of their offer speaks to the problem you are solving.
Being specific and confident is critical to a strong core offer
Their solution comes with an insane amount of perceived value.
This allows saying, āYESā to be a total no-brainer to the core client.
Your turnā¦ how rock SOLID is your CORE OFFER?
Once the core client and core offer are indestructibleā¦
They grab a ton of attention!
THREE: They are Grabbing Attention
They leverage their audience and aim to reach new people.
This allows them to warm their audience to their solution overtime - turning them from ālooky-lousā to warm leads.
They have a primary place where they are really grabbing peopleās attention - on at least one channel.
This also builds authority, perceived value, and begins the relationship building process.
They are hyper-consistent putting out high-value content specific to their core clientā¦ always remembering it is about THE CLIENT - not themself.
This creates a sense of gratitude, while also increasing visibility - since the algorithms ALL favor people who post more.

FOUR: They Demonstrate the Solution
They leverage the highest conversion rate authority building techniqueā¦ a live demo.
This is the best way to build rapport and show your core client just how good your solution is and how much they NEED IT!
Eventually, after a few rounds - they automate everything.
This creates a scalable system that will consistently attract high-ticket ideal clients.

Hereās my encouragement, even if you have already built out a part of it - you have a part of it! Take a small step each day. Small steps add up to huge leaps over time.
The closing advice I have is donāt get distracted by shiny things along the way. This model for your marketing works. Again, I know it works because itās what I see the folks making $50million a year in revenue doing! Itās meant to be simple. Iāve said it before - Iāll say it again - simplicity scales.

Threads is Zuck aka Metaās response to Twitter which has been touted to have an āunstableā future since Muskās acquisition in 2022, rapidly falling ad revenue, and many users being angered by the platformās changing regulations.
The Threads app emphasizes the micro-essay format that many creators have grown to love on Twitter and on its launch day last Thursday it put up some serious numbers with over 30 million people signing up, on day 1!
Threads grew at a bonkers rate with over 70 million sign-ups by the end of day two! Now, up to 100 million users as of Monday morning.
Should you care?
Our take is pretty simpleā¦
We believe with all social media, that your marketing strategy is ultimately a numbers game. The more eyeballs you have on your brand, message, and offer - the more likely you are to convert clients at the rate you seek.
Now, not all platforms, nor all content is created equal.
If you are able to implement the 4 Success Keys (shared above) - there is no reason for you NOT to join Threads.
