Simplicity scales and complexity fails.

It’s natural to want to do more, to get more. I’ve definitely been guilty of this myself.

But, getting to know these tycoons has underlined the importance of simplicity.

If you are always trying to produce more to get more, you will end up with less.

If you can focus your energy, attention, team, and resources on that one big lever - your service will get better and better, your focus will create momentum, and your scalability will also increase exponentially!

It’s a 4 Step Process and it is designed to be as simple as possible, based on everything shared above. When my business partner and I got really clear on these 4 steps and executed them in a scalable way, our growth skyrocketed.

The Four Steps:

Core - Attention - Demonstration - Offer

Let’s break it down…

Core

It’s about defining ONE perfect client. Getting to know them insanely well and solving their core problem. That is it. One client - one core problem that you can solve really well.

Note: the problem is NOT what you think / or know, it’s what THEY think their core problem is…

Attention

Get their attention by joining the conversations they are already in and let them know that you are an authority on solving their biggest problem. Build your authority by putting out content that presents your expertise on solving their core problem.

Demonstration

Come up with a high-value way to demonstrate your expertise to many of your potential perfect clients at once. Think Webinar, Masterclass, Challenge, etc. Underline your core values, why you are perfectly suited to solve their problem, and build a relationship with them through the experience. If you do this step correctly, they will trust you and your authority on the matter.

Offer

Beyond your demonstration create a total No-Brainer Offer. A simply stated, incredibly valuable offer of your services that is such an insanely good value that they simply cannot say no!

Conclusion

Remember always, it is a straight line. No complexity. No complicated options. Just a straight line convo from, “Hi, nice to meet you”, to, “Let’s solve this together”.

By following the steps you will easily build your authority in their eyes, and build a relationship where they won’t be able to refuse your no-brainer offer as their solution.
